OUR (FIRST) 80TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

SOME OF US HAVEN'T TURNED 80 YET)

37 of us gathered at the Bay Pointe Restaurant in Quincy to celebrate our 80th Birthday and enjoy a great lunch together!!  We'll be posting pictures soon here on the website.

We plan to do a repeat performance next year to ensure we are celebrating those young enough to still be in their 70's until they turn 80 later this year or in 2026!!!!  Plan to join us October 1st, 2026.  More to follow in 2026!!

We voted and agreed to fund the website until 2032, which Class Creator, who runs our website, will allow us to do NOW with money we have in our account, plus donations we now have (thank you "donators").  This pre-payment enables us to close our bank account which keeps periodically charging us money for inactivity or going below the bank's required deposit amount.  We also can then pay Rick Ericson, our Treasurer, the money he has donated to keep the account "alive" ($160 over time).  Thanks to Rick for keeping our money "safe".  If in 2032 we want to keep the website going, we have an option to do so "free" with ads.

Let's all continue to utilize the website to chat with mates on the Forum or in "private messages" one-on-one.

For those of you who couldn't join us today, know that you are missed and plan to join us in the future, every year, the first Thursday in October until the last of us is no longer standing!!!!   In the meanwhile, keep smiling and stay healthy!!!
